In high-pressure equipment and pipelines, lenses or other shaped metal gaskets are made of copper, aluminum, No. 10 steel, and stainless steel. The high pressure flange has poor rigidity and is suitable for applications where the pressure P is less than 4 MPa. High pressure flange, also known as high neck flange, has good rigidity and is suitable for high pressure temperatures.
