Firefighting trench pipe fittings manufacturers talk about preparation before PE pipe trench construction

PE pipes are common professional pipes in industrial production today, and generally have therapeutic effects on large-scale projects. Therefore, in order to better ensure their application quality, it is necessary to clarify the size of avoidable parts before construction, and carry out trench engineering to make the pipes easy to arrange. Below, the manufacturer of fire fighting trench pipe fittings will talk about the preparation for PE pipe trench construction.
(1) Before excavation, first understand the situation of underground pipelines along the roads along the pipeline line on site to prevent damage during construction.
(2) The width data of the excavation pit bottom of the PE pipeline trench is clear, and appropriate adjustments are made based on the site conditions to ensure that the operators work at the trench bottom.
(3) The relative slope coefficient can be selected based on factors such as the construction site environment, groove depth, groundwater level, and soil state, and adjusted appropriately to stabilize the excavation slope. When the manufacturer of fire fighting trench pipe fittings believes that soft soil trench slopes are not suitable for setting static or dynamic loads, calculate the bearing capacity of the soil and the stability of the slope.
(4) The distance between PE official edge stacks shall not be less than 500mm in the slope area, and the stack height shall not be less than 1500mm to ensure safe construction.
(5) For earthwork excavated with trenches, available earthwork is stacked on one side, and unusable earthwork is immediately transported to a specific storage yard for stacking.
(6) The surface of the trench bottom should be straight and flat, and the surface should be free of gravel, hard blocks, and other protrusions. Pipeline trench excavation cannot shake the original soil at the bottom of the trench. When the machine is excavated and there is no underground water, the home floor needs to be buried 200 millimeters in advance, and some require manual cleaning of the floor before the pipeline is installed.
(7) PE pipes shall be laid on the original ground, partially excavated deeply, refilled and compressed. When there is no groundwater on the ground and the depth is within 150 mm, the original soil can be filled and compressed, with a density smaller than that of the original natural soil. If the depth exceeds 150 mm, it can be compacted with sand or sand with a density of less than 90%.
(8) If there are dirt such as abandoned buildings, pumice, wood, waste, etc. at the bottom of the trench, remove them and lay a thin layer of red soil or sand with a thickness of 150 mm or more, and flatten them. The manufacturer of fire trench pipe fittings recommends that a thin layer of laterite or sand cushion with a thickness of 150 mm or more be laid on the rock foundation.
(9) Drainage measures shall be taken to prevent the trench from being wetted by water.
In order to ensure the application quality and safety of PE pipes in the middle and later stages, when carrying out trench engineering, the manufacturer of fire trench pipe fittings believes that it is necessary to carefully solve the problem in accordance with the aforementioned solution regulations. After the completion of the project, complete protective measures should be taken to prevent the deformation or damage of the trench before the project can be completed.
Firefighting trench pipe fittings manufacturers share five advantages of trench clamps
1. Only cutting machines, excavators, and handles for button bolts are needed to help with the construction safety site. The construction organization is convenient and safe.
2. The stainless steel groove pipe connection is simple to operate, saves time and labor, and has good economic benefits.
"The operation is simple and requires no special professional skills. You can use a wrench to tighten the bolts on the clamp to secure the seal. Ordinary workers can operate through simple training.".
4. The original characteristics of the pipeline are not affected. Only press the groove on the outer surface of the connected pipe with a roller, without damaging the inner wall structure of the pipe.
5. The system has good stability, convenient maintenance, simple connection of trench pipe fittings, and reduced work space required, providing many convenient conditions for future maintenance. If it is necessary to repair and replace the pipe, just loosen the two clamps and you can freely replace, rotate, and modify the pipe section. No need to damage surrounding walls, reducing maintenance time and costs.
