Seal ring

CLTAY seal ring is a "C" type structure that can form a triple seal. The sealing principle is: in static state, the first seal is formed by relying on the elasticity of the sealing ring, which means its self sealing property; After the installation of the pipe joint, due to the restriction of the internal space of the clamp or mechanical tee branch sealing groove and the pre compression of the sealing ring when tightening the bolt, the pipe is passively further pressed to form a second seal; When there is medium in the pipe, the medium enters the "C" shaped cavity and reacts on the sealing lip of the sealing ring, further increasing the adhesion force between the sealing lip and the pipe, thereby achieving a third reactive seal. Moreover, the greater the pressure in the pipe, the better its sealing performance, truly achieving high pressure impermeability and low pressure leakage.
